By using Celestial Butterfly game, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Rules.
If you do not agree with these, you must not use the Celestial Butterfly game.

    Welcome to Celestial Butterfly, a fantastic and immersive game set in the world of Second Life.

  • 1.2 Account Requirement

    To participate, players must have an account that is at least 60 days old.

  • 1.3 Read the Rules

    Before embarking on your adventure, please carefully read the following rules that govern your participation in the game.

2. Respect and Conduct Back to Summary

  • 2.1 General Respect

    We expect all players to respect fellow participants, administrators, and the game environment. All behavior within official Celestial Games groups, events, and the HQ sim must follow the group rules and remain polite, appropriate, and inclusive. Disagreements are natural, but they must be handled calmly and respectfully.

  • 2.2 Inappropriate Behavior

    Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in sanctions, reminders, or expulsion from the game. Examples include (but are not limited to):

    • Harassment, bullying, or targeted insults.
    • Discrimination of any kind (race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
    • Intimidation, threats, or actions that disrupt events or the community atmosphere.
    • Excessive use of offensive, vulgar, or aggressive language in group chats, local chat, or related communication channels.
  • 2.3 Personal Conflicts

    Any issues or conflicts between a player and a host (or between players) that occur outside of Celestial HQ sim or in personal/private spaces must remain outside of the game. Only issues occurring within the Celestial HQ sim or official Celestial Games groups will be addressed by the staff. Any problems on a sim hosted by Celestial Games should be resolved directly between the host and the player, or between players themselves. Players are also reminded that any Abuse Reports (AR) should primarily be submitted to Linden Lab, rather than through Celestial Games channels.

3. Cheating and Exploitation of Flaws Back to Summary

  • 3.1 Prohibition of Cheating

    Cheating in any form, including the use of third-party software, manipulation of bugs, or exploitation of flaws in the game, is strictly prohibited. Players caught cheating will be promptly penalized, which may include account suspension or deletion.

  • 3.2 Account Limit per Household

    Players are allowed a maximum of two accounts per household (IP address) to ensure the security, integrity, and fairness of the game for all players. Accounts with nonsensical names, such as random sequences of letters, are prohibited.

  • 3.3 VPN Usage

    Using VPNs or other tools to hide the IP address is not strictly forbidden, but players do so at their own risk. If such use results in a violation of account rules, it may lead to immediate account suspension or deletion.

  • 3.4 Sanctions for Rule Violations

    Players found violating these rules will face disciplinary actions, including the deletion of the relevant accounts.

4. Intellectual Property Back to Summary

  • 4.1 Ownership

    All content created in the Celestial Butterfly game and on the Celestial Butterfly websites is the intellectual property of its creators.

  • 4.2 Restrictions

    Any attempt to copy products using copy bots, reproduce, modify, or resell in-game products without prior authorization from Celestial Games is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disciplinary actions, which may include permanent banning from the game.

  • 4.3 Reporting

    Players are encouraged to respect copyrights and report any suspicious activity or unauthorized attempts to copy, reproduce, or sell products.

5.1 Data Collection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The only personal data collected through the Celestial Butterfly website is as follows:
IP Address: Used for session management and security purposes.
Second Life UUID: Used solely to retrieve and display your in-game statistics in your profile.
The data collected does not include any sensitive personal information, and it is used solely to provide the game services.

    For issues that cannot be resolved in-game, players can submit a support ticket through our official support system. Please provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots or logs if applicable, to help administrators investigate the problem efficiently.

  • 7.3 Developer Contact Prohibition

    Under no circumstances should players attempt to contact Celestial Games developers directly. All reports, complaints, or requests must go through official support channels or in-game CSRs. Ignoring this rule may result in sanctions.

    Game administrators have full authority to enforce the rules of Celestial Butterfly. Their decisions regarding rule violations, disputes, and sanctions are final and binding.

    • Permanent account bans

      By participating in Celestial Butterfly, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all rules outlined in this document. Failure to comply may result in sanctions as deemed appropriate by the administrators.

9 Breedables Market Rules Back to Summary

To ensure that all butterflies are official and their information is accessible via the players' HUD, the following rules apply:

  • 1. Players are prohibited from selling butterflies in boxes or packs. Each butterfly must be individually selectable and properly displayed in the buyers' HUD when selected.
  • 2. Selling butterflies via the Second Life Marketplace is forbidden, as such items are not guaranteed to be official and cannot be selected in the HUD.
  • 3. Any player caught selling butterflies in packs, making them unselectable for buyers, will receive a warning. Continued violations may result in suspension of the player account without compensation.
  • 4. Any player caught selling fake butterflies will have their account suspended immediately, with no possibility of compensation.
